[42] closing TOMORROW.

Well the time has come. Tomorrow night (Wednesday February 10) I will be pulling up all product and closing the store. If you haven't been by yet or haven't gotten everything you want this is your LAST CHANCE to grab it all up for 42L. I still don't have the stuff on xstreet and I don't know when I'll get around to it, I've been really busy with school.

I'd like to thank you all again for your continued support and business, when I started making skins 2 years ago I never expected to have so much fun, meet so many cool people, and make so many great friends.

The future is never set in stone but I want to reiterate that I expect to be back in a year or so, but I know a lot changes in SL, and quickly! I'm not leaving SL, I'll still be around, but the store will be gone. Again, thank you all so much!

One week left of 42L sale!

Hi guys,
Just a reminder, I still have the 42L sale going on, but in just 7 days I'll be pulling everything up and closing. Last chance for great deals that you may never be able to get again :)

[42] is closing! 42L sale for a week or so

Hello fans and friends,
I've struggled with this decision for the last month and have decided it is best for me and for the store.

I recently started back to school and I don't have time to give the store (and you guys) the attention you deserve. So I'm closing the store while I'm in school....it could be 6-9 months...could be up to a year. I can't afford to maintain rent and the subscribe o matic and the associated costs when I'm not doing regular updates.

I'll put as much as I can on xstreet at the regular prices over the next couple of weeks but with the changes to the cost of listing on xstreet coming up I don't know if I'll be able to put everything up.

So what does this mean for you? Well, I marked everything in the store to 42L for the duration of my rental at Snatch City (approximately February 10th is when it's up) So for a little over a week you have access to ALL skins, ALL clothing, everything I've made for just 42L each. Like I said I don't know if I'll be able to put everything up on xstreet so this may very well be your last chance to get some of this stuff. After February 10th it will be GONE from in-world and at this price you can probably grab up most of the store lol

Clarification on Imandra/Draeko

hi guys, just wanted to clear this up because i got a few IMs about it. Draeko is my male alt. Roughly half the product in the store is under the name Draeko Constantine. It's still me :) So yes, when you buy products owned by Draeko, it still goes to "the cause" so to speak.

I'm so humbled and thankful for my customers today. You guys turned out and bought enough of my little doodles to pay my rent this month on both stores, as well as the subscribe o matic, and I have plenty left over for textures for the new ads and the new skins for the skin and shape expo....so this is a heartfelt THANK YOU and I have a huge lump in my throat and tears in my eyes at the outpouring of support I got today.

LAST CHANCE at bargain prices @ [42]

hello everyone,

I generally don't share real life details with SL people unless we are friends but I feel the need to explain myself.

Without going into too much detail, i'm having some serious RL issues (divorce, financial) that have made me just horribly depressed and I haven't been around SL much.

As a result I've been neglecting the store, which i hate....I love making skins and clothes and stuff, I just love the whole process. With that said....due to my RL issues I haven't had the finances or time available to upload the necessary textures for new releases, or pay my rents for that matter. I have store rents coming due and my subscribe o matic is due in a couple days and i just don't have the finances to do it.

SO. (yes i'm coming to the point lol)....I told you all a while back my prices would be going up. Series I skins are still available for 300L for a shape and 4 skins. If I end up keeping the store, this will change in the next couple of weeks. The win/win here is that if you come buy the skins, you will still get the bargain price, and I will be able to "pay the bills" as it were.

In a couple of weeks I will have a display at the Skin and Shape expo, and I'll have at least one new set of skins then, probably none before. I would appreciate in the meantime if you all could support me by maybe picking up one or two of my skin sets that you don't already have. I really don't want to lose the store when I know i can pull myself together in the next month or so....I just can't right now.

Exclusive skin for the [42] Rewards Group and pricing changes

hello gang, important news...there won't be a release this week, per se, except the Vital series that is currently only available at the UVogue skin fair, but today i sent out Vital #5, only available by joining the [42] Rewards group.

tones included are goth white, pale, neutral, tan, medium and dark. freckles option is included in pale, neutral and tan.


The rest of the Vital series is only available at UVogue's skin fair for 300L each. It ends Wednesday, August 19 at which time they will be moved to the store and subject to the new prices, which are as follows:

old skins (series I)
300L per skin, 900L for fat pack (4 skins)

galaxies skins (series I & II)
300L per skin, 900L for fat pack (4 skins)

new skins (series II)
500L per skin, 1500 for fat pack (4 skins)

future releases (series III)
750L per skin, 2250 for fat pack (4 skins)

I'm raising prices due to the rising costs of running [42] (I now have 5 branch stores) and public opinion. I hope you all understand.

I'm sending this to you guys so you can grab up what you want at the current prices while they are still a little lower.

I'm going to try to cater more to the rewards group, my loyal customers, and give them freebies more often. If you aren't a member of this group, the cost to join is a one time fee of 300L. Things I send out are for a limited time and only available to the group.

Special news! I have released a new skin line exclusively at the UVogue skin fair. These skins are NOT available in the store, you can only get them right now at the skin fair.

I had so much fun with COLOR on these, hence, "vital"...they are colorful and fun and ALIVE, gorgeous imo.

Tintable lips, optional pubic hair, freckles option included in the pale, neutral and tan tones. mod/copy/no transfer 300L each.
